Tezza Business Solutions Ltd AI Engineer Scrum Master Jobs in Nigeria



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for real‑world applications.

  • Implement NLP solutions including Zero‑Shot and Few‑Shot classification.

  • Apply TF‑IDF, Word2Vec, and BERT for text processing tasks.

  • Develop and fine‑tune Generative AI models (OpenAI, LLaMA).

  • Work with ML algorithms: Linear Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, SVM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Bayesian models.

  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask and FastAPI.

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

  • Manage data pipelines and integrate structured/unstructured data from MongoDB and MySQL.

  • Use Git and Bitbucket for version control.

  • Support project management using JIRA and Asana.

    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.

  • 3+ years’ programming experience in Python with data structures and algorithms.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Machine Learning and Statistics with strong knowledge of at least 6 algorithms.

  • 3+ years’ experience in NLP (Zero‑Shot, Few‑Shot, TF‑IDF, Word2Vec, BERT).

  • 3+ years’ experience in Generative AI (OpenAI, LLaMA).

  • 3+ years’ experience with MongoDB and MySQL.

  • 3+ years’ experience using Git and Bitbucket.

  • 3+ years’ experience developing microservices with Flask and FastAPI.

  • 3+ years’ experience using JIRA and Asana.

  • 1+ years’ experience building REST APIs.

    Preferred Skills

  • Certification in ML, Deep Learning, or NLP.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging AI
    technologies.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Passion for innovation and applying AI to solve complex challenges.
