  • The business entity is established by Ethiopian business men having wide exposure in the sector for long.

    Job Description

  • Prepare and update Policy and procedures in the area of HR and Office Management

  • Conduct recruitment and selection

  • Develop Job descriptions

  • Control daily attendance

  • Handle all matters related with employee relations and labor law

  • Plan,direct and coordinate administrative functions of the organization

  • Maintain employee records as per legal requirements and company procedures

  • Participate in development of Organizational plan

  • Lead on boarding, performance management, training , compensation and rewards functions

  • Manage employee attendance and leave

  • Conduct lease agreement negotiation, renewal and rental payment

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation activities

  • Develop robust recruiting strategies and a rigorous hiring process

  • Establish standards for employee compensation, benefits, and promotion

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant human resource regulations

  • Create training and onboarding protocols for new employees

  • Create company and office policies.

  • Forecast spending and hiring needs
    for human resources.

  • Formulate performance review criteria for employees at all levels

  • Lead, direct and supervise the activities of the employees under the division.

  • Perform other related activities as required

    Job Requirements

    Position Requirements


  • University Degree in Management, Law, Administration, or related field


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in an administrative/coordination role

  • Experience in managing workflow

    Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Structured and good at planning

  • Excellent organization and coordination skills

  • Working experience from similar jobs will be an advantage

  • Intercultural competencies, open-mindedness and patience

  • Humor and team spirit


  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Amharic and Oromiffa
