Takealot Junior HRIS Administrator Jobs in South AfricaThe Junior Human Resources Information Systems administrator provides comprehensive, effective and efficient systems development, training and administrative support to the Group and Divisional HR and management teams.
The responsibilities include HR reporting, maintaining data integrity and system & process innovation.
Set-up and maintain HRIS, Recruitment ATS and related systems, including organizational structure set-up, program configuration, and system security and access authorization
Collaborate with other functions on payroll and HRIS related topics
Provide training support to all levels of Recruitment system users
Document processes and recommend process improvements
Deliver reporting for a wide variety of routine and ad-hoc needs using system programs and MS Excel
Provide excellent customer service, information response, and trouble-shooting to internal HR/Payroll and functional partners and vendors
Assist with the development and administration of initiatives and programs by participating in the selection of vendors and in their development, planning, coordination and implementation
Execute personnel audits (e.g. leave benefits etc.)
Assist HR Analyst with monthly reporting and data maintenance
Compile BEE/SDL/ATR and Compliance reports/data as and when required
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant Undergraduate degree
2 years HRIS/analyst/HR system administration experience
Advanced computer skills i.e. MS-Office, specifically in MS-Excel
Experience maintaining and working with ATS, CRM, HRIS/payroll systems
Key skills and competencies
Critical HR competencies, including process management, analytical skills, decision-making, problem resolution and customer service skills
A working knowledge of core Human Resources practices
Ability to work independently
Ability to gather and analyze data and draw conclusions
Ability to master new technology and an eagerness to learn
Ability to be project oriented: planning, implementation, managing within schedule
Good communication/interpersonal skills
