Job Description

The job incumbent will be responsible for the management of the HR Team and Industrial Relations function through the implementation of policies, procedures and related activities and the interpretation of and compliance with labour legislation.

Job Objectives

  • Manage and implement the people management function which includes Recruitment; Training and Development; Talent; and Performance Management;
  • Benefit Administration; Disability and ill-health management
  • Ensure that the human resources information system is maintained
  • Manage and oversee the workplace relations function company-wide, conduct wage negotiations and Manage employee benefits and wellness schemes
  • Promote compliance to all HSEQ legislation, policy & procedures within the departmental section
  • Leading a high-performance team
  • Plan, maintain and control allocated resources and the HR budget
    act as the company representative for all
  • Industrial Relation matters, including CCMA cases

    Requirements
  • LLB Degree OR Post Graduate Degree in People Management / Industrial Psychology
  • 5 Years’ HR middle management experience which includes general HR and full scope of Industrial Relations.
  • Advanced Labour Law Diploma
