Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Lagos

Job description

  • Handles travel arrangements.
  • Taking notes at a manager’s meetings.
  • Creating reports, presentations, briefing papers, and other documents.
  • Handling phone calls and requests.
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc
  • Help oversee and manage individual accounts
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.

    Requirements

  • Must be a FEMALE
  • Must have BANKING and FINANCE background
  • Dedicated
  • Smart and attention to details
  • Written and oral communication skills

    Salary

    200,000.00 / Month
