Job Description

  • Strawberry Furniture Manufacturing PLC is a furniture manufacturer which produces robust and remarkable furniture products using state-of-the-art technology and materials. We acknowledge our customer’s preferences and produces furniture that ensembles with the premise’s/building’s/office’s size, color and positioning. We are pleased to come to your premises to measure the spaces and install our customized products. Our company wants to fill the following vacant positions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Production Manager will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, quality, on time delivery, efficiency and continuous improvement activities. Successful candidates will have a hands-on approach, a strong lean background and at least 3 years of prior experience.

  • Be a key member of the Plant Leadership Team and contribute to the overall strategy and direction for the operation.

  • Provide expectations, accountability, and direction to all direct reports.

  • Lead a culture that promotes involvement, communication, mutual trust & respect, and teamwork.

  • Promote safety and quality daily.

  • Ensure all customer expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed.

  • Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements as well as equipment layouts; implement improvements to optimize.

  • Ensure all employees receive adequate training and timely evaluations.

  • Drive manufacturing excellence through increased quality, reduced cycle time and improved customer satisfaction and cost leadership.

  • Interview and participate in the hiring of manufacturing personnel – continue to build
    a great team.

  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives

  • Properly maintaining machineries and equipment

  • Establishing and maintaining of different operational systems which improves productivity and ensures quality of products

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • MSC\BSC\Diploma in wood work technology, industrial engineering or related fields

  • Minimum of 5\7\10 years of work experience in manufacturing industry & out of these 3 years in senior management level.
