STRATOSTAFF Registered Nurse Jobs in Kenya



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality nursing care in line with hospital standards and patient safety protocols.

  • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, medical records, and nursing reports.

  • Provide patient‑centered care including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and emotional support.

  • Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.

  • Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical care situations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for quality outcomes.

  • Ensure patient confidentiality, dignity, comfort, and safety.

  • Operate and maintain medical equipment responsibly.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑care procedures.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced healthcare settings.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing (KRN/KRCHN/BScN).

  • Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).

  • Minimum 2 years hospital experience.

  • Completed and passed Qatar Prometric Examination.

  • Completed DataFlow verification process.

  • Valid passport.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
