Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the job holder the key responsibilities will be:Duties and Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls,
Responding to enquires,
Reporting and resolving problems and complaints via phone, mail and social media in a highvolume contact center setting.
Diploma from a recognized Institution of Leaning;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swahili;
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
Must have worked in Stima Sacco continuously for the last one (1) year.
Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Excellent keyboard and data entry skills.
Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice – as most of their work will be done over the telephone.
Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer.
Ability to work well in a team.
Ability to multitask.
