Qualifications

• Master’s degree in either Clinical Administration, Management, Medical Science or related field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position (Experience in clinical supervision and program management is an added advantage).

• Proficient in budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation skills.

• Knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
