As a Scheduling Administrator, you will contribute towards a significant cost saving by processing legacy out of tolerance delivery items within the recorded service level.

You will support and reconcile product delivery to customers through the order-to-delivery process using the tools available according to the recorded service level. You will also investigate reasons for deviations in shipments during loading or delivery by liaising with various stakeholders such as Hauliers, Depots (stock accounting), Scheduling Support, Supply, and collect operational details.

Your internal stakeholder will also include the Finance/ Billing teams whom you have to liaise with to resolve unmatched entries on all customer reconciliations.

Besides shipment deviations, you will also investigate all inconsistent deliveries to ensure that the right quantity is invoiced to the right customer and make amendments accordingly.

This role is only open for 3-6 months; unfortunately, there is no opportunity to extend further at this point.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the order to delivery process
  • Strong knowledge on road delivery operations
  • Proficiency in SAP application for fuel distribution and reconciliation
  • To succeed, you need to be able to identify the root causes for the delays and come up with potential fix as well as influence and develop relationships across teams
