  • Our client is one of the leading providers of serviced office spaces in Nairobi.

  • They seek to hire a highly qualified and experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and client retention within the business.

  • Ideal candidate is someone with good experience working within sales function in serviced office/virtual office business.

    Responsibilities

  • The position holder will be in charge of prospecting for clients and closing deals to boost top-line revenue.

  • Present and sell the services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold-calling.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the set schedule.

  • Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team and other departments.

  • Analyse the market potential, track sales and status reports.

  • Support the management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive landscape and potential for new products.

  • Identify potential locations and spearhead market
    activations.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

  • Continuously improve the product performance through feedback.

    Requirements

  • Proven sales work experience preferably (though not a must) within serviced office/virtual office environment.

  • Excellent understanding of the competitive landscape and trends within the serviced office space in Kenya.

  • Ability to build productive and professional business relationships.

  • Target driven and highly motivated.

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
