Job Description

  • Our Company SBG Industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced and aspiring applicants to Regional sales manager position.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set regional objectives in alignment with organizational objectives

  • Support team members ongoing development; coaching, empowering, and mentoring in alignment with HR business partner

  • Ensure cross functional collaboration to ensure higher standards of customer satisfaction

  • Involve recruitment process where there are vacancies in the division

  • Develop strong relationship with key customers

  • Provide timely feedback for any customer queries

  • Gather specific data and understand the market need

  • Develop and maintain outlet universe through correct classification

  • Liaise with the distribution team to ensure stock availability

  • Manage the overall delivery operation of the region in collaboration with the Area Managers and distributors, and Sales operation team

  • Ensure product availability in all outlets within the assigned region

  • Manage the allocation of POS materials per the standard of the company and market priority in alignment with Trade Marketing team

  • Generates market insights, analyses and interpret for strategy development

  • Deliver the highest standard of execution throughout the region

  • Ensure Targets are meet in terms of efficiency and profitability

  • Keep up to date with competitors’, Initiatives, and customer trends

  • Continuously monitoring of market share and competitors activity in the assigned region

  • Plan, organize and implement various market activation(activations,
    events, invitations and other PR activities in alignment with Marketing team

  • Forecast sales and collaborate with sales operation and production to ensure sustainable delivery of product to customers

  • Appoint, engage, evaluate the performance of a distributor

    Job Requirements

    Required educational background & work experience:

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management At least (6) six years relevant work experience in the area and (3) three years at managerial level.

    Competencies /Knowledge, Ability and Skill

  • Strong management skills

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Complete integrity and honesty

  • Attention to detail, rigorous

  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
