We are Hiring a sales assistant, we are a leading poultry farming company seeking to recruit Sales Assistant to work at our farm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Solicits orders from customers in person or by phone.
Pay visits to all agro vet around and counties to market our breed and solicit orders
Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
Help to detail, design and implement marketing plans for Kienyeji Chicken offered.
Develop sales strategies for our Kienyeji Chicken farm.
Answers questions from customers about product benefits.
Maintains excellent relationships with customers through superior customer service.
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
Creates and presents regular performance reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School (C- and above ), Certificate, diploma or Degree in any related field.
2-5 years of sales experience or customer service experience
Flexible to work on weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain a professional appearance Sales skills and business-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team
Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
Confident and outgoing manner
