Safritecture Manager - Architecture (MA) CC Jobs in Nigeria; Safritecture seeks an experienced Architect to become the Head of Architecture. This is a demanding yet rewarding leadership role requiring deep appreciation of architectural history, design principles, and modern practices. The position involves implementing Safritecture across Africa, engaging in policy formation, and contributing to creative architectural vision.

Role Specification

Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in architectural design and project management.

Reporting to the Head of Architecture (HOA) in Lagos.

Participation in monthly online Command Centre Meetings and policy formation.

International travel within Africa expected (valid passport required).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Work with HOA to develop overall architectural vision for Safritecture.

Visit project sites to analyze feasibility, costs, quality, and timelines.

Attend client meetings to understand preferences and requirements.

Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D/3D presentation materials.

Research, select, and specify architectural finishes and equipment.

Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Coordinate with builders and professionals to bring designs to life.

Review and approve architectural design work by team members.

Edit and refine designs based on client feedback.

Motivate and influence the architectural team for continuous creativity.

Initiate team programs to inspire innovation.

Travel for coordination meetings, site inspections, and product reviews.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Architecture (exceptional applicants with strong creative abilities considered).

Registration with a professional body desirable but not mandatory.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction processes, and materials.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Project management certification (advantageous).

Proficiency in English preferred.
