What we are looking for

SafeBoda is looking for a Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will be a practical problem-solver with good analytical skills. They will combine experience in collecting and analysing data and then translating the findings into pricing and growth strategies with a collaborative start-up mindset.

The successful applicant will work closely with the senior management and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future

Responsibilities

Working directly with the CFO, the Growth Manager will be at the forefront of SafeBoda’s growth and expansion. Responsibilities will include:

Collecting price and market data and analysing findings;

Building price models and presenting results to senior management;

Working with the Operations Team to understand driver

earnings and costs;

Working with the Product and Engineering Teams to improve user experience;

Testing hypothesis and analysing large datasets to optimise growth opportunities.

Requirements

+3 years of professional experience including investment banking, finance, private equity, consulting, tech, or start-up.

A solid data background - You are comfortable managing and analysing large dataset using a range of programmes;

Practical data-collection experience - You are comfortable organising surveys, interviewing customers and collating information;

A strong academic performance with at a minimum a completed Bachelor/Undergraduate degree with excellent grades.

Required education: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience: 5 years

Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
