    Position summary

  • This candidate is responsible for driving revenue and market growth of Retina Pharmaceuticals products and solutions in the territory of Ethiopia


  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops and symposium circuits.

  • Conduct analysis of market/ competitors to identify territory business opportunities.

  • Promoting the Company’s image and products by building business relationships in Ethiopia

  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating and delivering reports when needed

  • Driving market share growth and identify competitive advantage

  • Designs and recommends long- and short-term sales strategies.

  • Oversees the sale of Retina imported products or services in Ethiopia.

  • Meets target sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.

  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for Customers.

  • Building and maintaining rapport
    with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of Items/Service imported and distributed through Retina Pharmaceuticals.

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for each product line and servicing the needs of existing Retina customers

    Job Requirements

    Educational Qualification

  • Minimum BSC Degree in Medical Laboratory or any related fields of study Preferably who has BA degree in Marketing Management and related fields


  • with More than two (2) years of sales experience working with multi-national companies.


  • He/ she need to have:

  • Knowledge of sales management principles and customer relationships.

  • Language proficiency in written and spoken English;

  • Computer literacy in MS-Word, Excel;

  • Interpersonal communication and report writing skills;

  • Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality.
