Recruitment Matters Africa Maize Grower / Farmer Jobs in Malawi

Our Client is looking for an experienced Maize Grower to join their team.

Duties to include

Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting of Maize, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and record keeping

Analyze soil to determine type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum production
Plan activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them

Maintain and monitor the quality of yield

Key Skills

Ability to produce good yields

Ability to work under pressure

Good supervisory skills

Required Skills

5 Years of Experience

Qualifications

Agricultural Related Degree
