They seek to hire a Sales Executive to be fully responsible for overseeing the sale the properties’ and apartments from beginning to end.
This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met.
S/He should know their product/service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
Proactively seeking ways to drive and streamline daily marketing processes and procedures that supports high performance.
Be part of concept development in relation to the market and sales trends, consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits in the real estate industry.
Following through on the sales documentations for clients.
Reach out to customer leads through direct visits and develop their portfolio.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Prioritizing and time management.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Strong analytical skills, including ability to independently conduct real estate market research
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English/Kiswahili)
Planning and organizational ability to manage urgency
