Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager Jobs in Kenya

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for our client in the real estate industry to join their team and head their sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Training and managing of junior sales staff

Maintaining of client relationships

Developing and implementing business plan and sales and marketing strategy for the team and organization

Coordinating with sales and marketing team on getting leads and prospects

Promoting the organizations services and promotion

Tracking sales goals and reporting of weekly / monthly performance

Ensure performance reviews, management, reward and recognition are delivered

Prepare monthly reports for management

Continually assess various business needs of the customers

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan

Requirements:

Degree in sales and marketing or any other related field

Proven experience as a sales manager in the real estate with more than 5 years’ experience

Self – motivated and results driven

Excellent knowledge in MS office

Passionate in sales & Marketing
