Pwani Oil Assistant Executive - Trade Representative Jobs in Kenya
What You’ll Do
Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across assigned route.
Ensure products are available, visible, and well‑placed in retail outlets (dukas, beauty shops, pharmacies).
Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.
List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection.
Execute in‑store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell‑out.
Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through Sales App.
Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in field sales, route‑to‑market execution, or retail distribution within FMCG sector.
Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.
Valid driving license with minimum 2 years’ driving experience.
Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools.
Customer‑centric, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
