What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across assigned route.

  • Ensure products are available, visible, and well‑placed in retail outlets (dukas, beauty shops, pharmacies).

  • Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance.

  • List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection.

  • Execute in‑store merchandising, POSM placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell‑out.

  • Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through Sales App.

  • Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, route‑to‑market execution, or retail distribution within FMCG sector.

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards.

  • Valid driving license with minimum 2 years’ driving experience.

  • Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Customer‑centric, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
