PSASB Office Administrator Jobs in KenyaJob Description Coordinating schedules of meetings and appointments for the CEO;
Ensuring periodic uploading of board papers on the e-board platform;
Maintaining the CEOs diary, calendar and schedule of appointments;
Coordinating local and international travel for the CEO and the Board Members;
Management of incoming and outgoing mails;
Maintaining an up to date filing system in the CEO’s office;
Preparing responses to routine correspondences;
Offering secretarial services in Management/Board meetings and follow up on action points;
Ensuring the security of office records/classified materials, equipment and office machines;
Managing office protocol;
Managing the secret registry;
Any other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Served in the grade of Senior Assistant Office Administrator or equivalent for a minimum period of Six (6) years;
Bachelor’s degree in secretarial Studies, Office Management, Social Sciences or related field from a recognized institution;
Diploma in Secretarial studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council or equivalent;
Certificate in Supervisory Skills Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
