Progressive Credit Team Leader - Ruaka Jobs in Kenya



Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.

  • Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.

  • Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.

  • Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers’ information.

  • Deliver good service on customer relationships.

    Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business‑related course.

  • Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution.

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader / Branch Manager.
