Progressive Credit Team Leader - Kilifi Jobs in Kenya

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.

Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.

Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.

Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.

Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers’ information.

Deliver good service on customer relationships.

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business‑related course.

Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution.

At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader / Branch Manager.
