Privatisation Authority Senior Administration Officer Jobs in Kenya


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Transport & Logistics, Social Sciences, or equivalent.

  • Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable).

  • Proficiency in computer application skills.

  • Demonstrated results in work performance.

    Experience

  • Cumulative service period of 6 years in relevant work.

  • Minimum 3 years at Administration Officer I grade or comparable position.

  • Administration / Facilities / Office Management.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise management of administration functions, transport, asset maintenance, and office facilities.

  • Oversee records management, staff travel, motor vehicle and asset insurance, and licenses.

  • Supervise provision of adequate office equipment and supplies.

  • Maintain and update furniture and office equipment inventory.

  • Maintain records of Commission’s assets, logbooks, and insurance covers.

  • Supervise telephone, registry, and fleet management.

  • Allocate office space and supervise cleaning services.

  • Implement administrative policies in security, records management, and transport.

  • Undertake surveys to ensure adequate provision of office equipment and supplies.

  • Receive and handle staff requests for transport services and office accommodation.
