  • The Management Trainees will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for the future roles in the organization based on performance. .

    The following are the key deliverables among others:-

    • Gain Knowledge , skills and experience in order to serve as reservoir for future management responsibilities

    • Delivery of project work and assignments

    • Understand and perform duties across several divisions/departments

    • Participate in assigned training programs

    • Completion of performance and developmental reviews as per agreed program requirements.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Interested candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as:-

    • Human Resource Management

    • Marketing

    • Economics

    • Purchasing and Supply
