Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics Invoicing Service Clerk Jobs in Kenya; The Warehouse Clerk is a pivotal role within the procurement department, acting as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams. This position ensures efficient order processing, accurate communication, and proactive issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and support seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders in SAP, verifying details, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment and dispatch.

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as main contact for inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Provide accurate product/delivery information and proactively communicate changes or delays.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, quality, and invoicing. Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of customer/order data. Generate reports on order status and feedback for trend analysis.

  • Process Adherence & Improvement: Follow CSL procedures, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure compliance with company/regulatory standards.

  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, planning, procurement, and logistics to support end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including new
    launches and promotions.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

  • Proficiency in SAP SD module highly preferred.

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
