About the Role
The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales and marketing of logbook lending products, drive branch growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
The role requires strong leadership, proficiency in loan management systems, and proven ability to manage and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and grow the branch’s logbook lending portfolio.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of set targets.

Provide leadership and mentorship to branch staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor loan management systems and ensure accurate reporting.

Develop strategies to expand customer base and improve branch performance.

Requirements

Minimum of a diploma in Sales & Marketing or related business field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logbook product lending.

Proven ability to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets.

Proficient in loan management systems.

Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff.
