Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales objectives.
  • Work with Sales Managers to meet sales objectives.
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Identify operational and technical obstacles and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Analyze and prepare account development plans.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop business strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Perform billing review and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationship with customers.
  • Understand the customer needs and provide business solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day needs of customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend team meetings regularly.
  • Provide product sales training to sales team.
  • Work on business process improvements as needed.


    Requirements


  • A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or at least 2-5 years professional client relationship management experience.
  • Experience in a sales organization and operations a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate technical products and operations programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication
    skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and staff members,
  • Ability to work well under pressure, work with others in a team and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
