One Acre Fund Recruitment Specialist Jobs in Nigeria



About This Role

The Nigeria Recruitment Specialist will represent the Global Recruitment team in Minna, coordinating with the in‑country HR team to fill high‑volume openings for the country program as it expands. The role will also manage additional recruitment support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Ownership of Recruitment Pipelines

  • Oversee candidate screening and selection for 10–12 roles ranging from JL1–8, with potential upskilling to JL9–14.

  • Guide candidates through interviews, assessments, and exercises with clear communication and excellent customer service.

  • Assist Hiring Managers with interview materials, training, and recruitment platform support.

    Nigeria Program Recruitment Business Partner

  • Maintain regular communication with Nigeria stakeholders to drive recruitment strategy.

  • Influence stakeholders to comply with global strategy and respond to urgent hiring needs.

  • Partner with in‑country HR team to jointly drive staffing targets.

  • Ensure recruitment activities transition seamlessly into onboarding and downstream HR processes.

    Qualifications

  • 4–7 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related role.

  • Proven ability to manage 10–12 diverse recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

  • Trusted Business Partner to Hiring Managers, influencing decisions effectively.

  • Strong customer‑service mindset to guide candidates through multi‑step hiring.

  • Deep
    understanding of Nigerian talent landscape, local hiring nuances, and sourcing channels.
