The Recruitment Operations team designs and improves recruitment processes to make our team more efficient and effective.

Note Experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist is helpful, but not essential. We encourage you to apply if you have a background in consulting, business development, or project management.
The Recruitment Operations Associate will join our Global Recruitment Team and report to our Recruitment Operations Lead. As a Recruitment Operations Associate, you will:
Design and Improve Recruitment Processes You will scope, trial and roll out new processes to guarantee a positive candidate experience for over 100,000 applicants a year.
Develop Expertise in all Recruitment Systems and Products You will be a go-to for other team members on how best to use our systems and products.
People Management You might take on the management of 2-3 operations team members. You will help develop the team and contribute to performance management tasks.
Contribute to the Recruitment Team You will oversee weekly tasks important to the recruitment process. You will also conduct first round interviews and attend outreach events.

You may report to a Program Manager (in larger operations) or the Country Director (in our smallest program countries).

We are looking for a professional with 3 or more years of work experience to serve in a position that combines project management and people management for global recruitment in a social enterprise.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and achievements:
Project Management You have a project management track record - you've seen complex projects to completion and enjoy working in the details.
Process Improvement You have experience creating new processes, iterating to improve those processes and rolling them out in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
People Management Skills Prior people management experience required, remote management experience a big plus.
Command of English You can write and speak in clear and impeccable English; Fluency in French or Swahili a plus.
