    Duties and Responsibilities

    An officer at this level will be responsible to the Senior Information II for assigned Public Communication function. Specifically, duties and responsibilities will entail: -

  • Implement ODPP service delivery charter standards to ensure quality services to the
    public.

  • Implement internal communication strategies ta ensure effective corporate communication of relevant information to staff to keep them updated on important ODPP news and information.

  • Gather information for updating the content for the website and digital media platforms to inform and educate stake holders on the ODPL achievements programmes and challenges.

  • Provide support in branding ODPP events in order to enhance and sustain the ODPP Brand image.

  • Participate in
    Corporate Social Responsibility programmes and Community.

  • Engagements in line with the ODPP mandate to show accountability to the community.

  • Participate in the production of documentaries, bulletins and newsletters to sensitize, inform and educate stakeholders and the public on the ODPP mandate,

  • Provide content for the website, digital media pages to update stakeholders on the ODPP
    achievements, programmes and challenges.

  • Report on court proceedings to create public awareness of cases being prosecuted by the ODPP.

  • Take and share photos of ODFP events and activities to inform and educate various
    stakeholders.

  • Compile information for the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the division to document divisional achievements and challenges for the management to develop strategies,
