  • Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is a group of specialist Doctors working and operating across the country since 2010 under a group-based practice model.

  • We currently have facilities in the following counties: Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega, Busia and Bungoma.

  • We are looking to fill the following positions with qualified and suitable individuals willing to join us at our facilities.

    Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reporting to Management Committee, the Sacco Manager will have the following duties;

  • Provide oversight to the SACCO operations and offer technical assistance to the SACCO Management Committee.

  • Develop necessary policy documents and regulations that would ensure smooth operations of the SACCO according to the set guidelines.

  • Ensure that all SACCO data and information is well documented and archived.

  • Monitor the operations of the SACCO and ensure that all set targets are attained within the set timelines.

  • Work together with a committee in preparation, analysis and presentation of comprehensive, timely, reliable and compliant financial reports.

  • Ensure that all financial documents are up to date and that books of accounts are well kept.

  • Provide guidance on the adoption and/or implementation of sound and up to date accounting systems.

  • Ensure effective implementation of financial and accounting policies and procedures.

  • Management of the general and subsidiary ledgers in accordance with internationally accepted accounting and financial reporting standards and preparation of final accounts for audit.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and verify monthly statements for members and keep records.

  • Reconciling the bank account and performing other general accounting duties as required.

    Qualification and Requirements

  • A Business related Degree.


  • Minimum of three years working experience in a busy financial institution preferably within the Co-operative Movement.

  • Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.

  • Combined knowledge in General Management/ Administration as well as Accounting.

  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
