Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, bakeries, and institutional customers.

  • Identify and acquire new HORECA customers within assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell company’s product portfolio to existing and prospective customers.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct customer visits and business reviews.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders.

  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor customer stock levels and recommend replenishment plans.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and tasting sessions.

  • Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

  • Follow up on customer payments and support debt collection.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Participate in trade exhibitions, food shows, and promotional activities.

  • Ensure visibility and proper utilization of company products in establishments.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information.

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
