Key Responsibilities
Conduct baking demonstrations using company products.
Promote and sell products to bakeries, supermarkets, distributors, and institutional customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide technical baking support and product application advice.
Train customers on proper usage of products and ingredients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Participate in trade exhibitions, product launches, and promotions.
Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Ensure merchandising and visibility of products in outlets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
