NFT Consult Taskmen Associate Jobs in UgandaAbout the roleOur client, a power house in the Innovation and Technology space that provides an ecosystem for entrepreneurs to launch and grow high-impact ventures and attracts regional and global opportunities seeks a Taskmen Associate who will be responsible for scouting for service providers and designing processes to assess skills competencies before, during and after work offered in regards to the skills required in the workforce.
Taskmen Associate contributes to the execution and growth of the business with their knowledge and experience in customer relations and quality management to coordinate and oversee the performance of a community of the service providers and customers.
Managing and overseeing the process of matching work requests to service providers from start to finish.
Coordinating and carrying out customer site visits.
Following up and addressing potential issues between service providers and customers.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat.
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific platform features.
Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Sharing customer feedback, feature requests and effective workarounds with the operations and marketing teams.
Informing customers about new platform features and functionalities.
Developing daily and weekly reports on customer feedback.
Developing service procedures, policies and standard operating procedures.
Human Resource Management
Collaborating with institutions, organizations and associations to source for skilled and semi-skilled youth to join the community of service provider.
Organizing and coordinating technical retooling programs through institution and company collaborations.
Organizing and screening service providers registered through the platform.
Coordinating and guiding service providers in the field.
Developing processes and policies for engagement with service providers.
Obtaining updates and assessing deployed
service provider performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in providing customer service and support; additional experience with human resources is preferred.
BSc/BA diploma in marketing, business administration or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
Experience in the vocational industry, preferred.
Working knowledge of MS office and program management software.
Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation and working knowledge of customer service tools.
Proven ability to manage complex problems, challenging situations and provide quality solutions.
Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting, ever-changing environment
