To deliver respective outputs on IT projects within estimated time and cost, using prescribed organisational and departmental governance frameworks in order to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities


  • Apply a set of tasks and techniques used to liaise with relevant stakeholders on project requirements in order to understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies and operations of the organisation and recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals
  • Create value to the business through the alignment of the offering to the business needs and coordinate the project through its life cycle
  • Ensure that all activities and deliverables adhere to governance and quality assurance frameworks and standards
  • Review and provide input into other project deliverables (e.g. Test Cases; Data Models; Architectural Designs; Process Models)
  • Ensure clear accountability by allocating work accurately.
  • Ensure transformational target are met for own team through consideration of targets during the staff recruitment; retention and training process and utilising suppliers listed on the preferred supplier list.
  • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).


    Requirements


  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
  • Relevant qualification in Business Analysis from one of the IIBA™ Endorsed Education
  • Providers contributing towards future certification.
