The role is responsible for providing oversite and drive Organisational Development, wellness and performance solutions in the Cluster.
Build credible business partnerships through professionalism and quality of advice and leadership.
Influence and coach key stakeholders to enable organisational effectiveness.
Co-create various strategic plans by making contributions that help determine the strategic people management enablers; contribute to and challenge the relevant business cases.
Articulate people impact required by integrating various diagnostic indicators (health; leadership; culture; team; survey and diversity).
Analyse and interpret culture and business indicators through observation to consistently deliver on business needs.
Design change and communication frameworks and plans to address business requirements
Implement innovative OD and change practices by applying and integrating Organisational Development and Change Management models/methodology.
Drive a high performing culture in the organisation through the development and implementation of client centric performance solutions
Develop relevant leadership development offerings and aligning it to the appropriate leadership frameworks.
Provide recommendations for improved staff engagement by analysing the internal culture (for example through climate surveys).
Ensure the integration of Organisation Development, wellness and performance solutions with other processes in the HR value chain
Manage the implementation of Group wide and Cluster OD, performance and wellness initiatives in the Cluster
Build the OD and Change management capability in the Cluster
Build and manage vendor relationships for all OD and Change initiatives and requirements.
Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.
Coordinate cost effective interventions by assessing business requirements and needs
Deliver on business requirements by prioritising and planning own activities in relation to the agreed requirements.
Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
Relevant Master's Degree
Relevant project and change management certifications
Type of Exposure
Conducting root cause analysis.
Analysing situations or data that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors

Influencing stakeholders to obtain buy-in for concepts and ideas

5 – 8 years in an Organisational Development, Consulting or HR management environment
