National Legal Aid Service Principal Planning Officer Jobs in Kenya



Qualifications

  • At least nine (9) years cumulative work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Planning Officer or in a comparable position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Economics & Statistics, Economics & Mathematics, Statistics, Economics & Finance, or equivalent.

  • Certificate in Management Course.

  • Membership to a relevant professional body.

  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Implement NLAS strategic plan and service charter.

  • Coordinate baseline surveys on service delivery.

  • Undertake feasibility studies on programmes and projects.

  • Develop departmental work plans and align budgets with strategic goals.

  • Coordinate performance contracting and reporting.

  • Coordinate project prioritization for MTEF.

  • Provide input in preparation of strategic plan.
