Job Specification

The duties and responsibilities at this level includes;

Serve as secretary to the Board of directors and committee meetings.

Ensure timely preparation and circulation of the Board and Committee papers

Coordinate Board induction, training and evaluation

Provide guidance to the Board on their duties and responsibilities on matters of governance.

Provides stewardship in monitoring, reviewing and drawing the legislation governing the operations of the Authority,

Manage and supervise corporate litigation

Conduct continuous legal audit to ensure there is compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations

Ensure safe Custodian of all legal documents e.g. title deeds, contracts and all sensitive company documents.

Person Specification

At least Twelve (10) years’ experience, three (3) of which must be in a senior management level in the public or private sector;

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Master’s degree in Law.

Strategic Leadership Course lasting not less than six weeks from a recognized institution.

Member of a professional Body in good standing (where applicable).
