Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Hospital Management, or OT Management required.

Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration preferred for nurse managers.

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in operation theatre services with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling.

Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance.
