Moniepoint Inc Regional Security Lead - South East Jobs in Nigeria


The Regional Security; Lead ensures that Moniepoint offices remain safe and secure environments where teams can thrive. By leading regional security operations, managing on‑ground teams, and proactively identifying risks, the role provides stability and resilience that supports business continuity and financial happiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard people and assets by implementing security policies across the region.

  • Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and design risk‑reduction strategies.

  • Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.

  • Act as liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.

  • Lead investigations into security breaches and accidents, providing clear reports.

  • Design and deliver training programs on life‑saving protocols.

  • Stay updated on security trends and technology (CCTV, access control).

  • Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigation.

    Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a security team in guard services/physical security OR as an ex‑commissioned supervisor in military, police, or paramilitary.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.

  • Recognized security certification (CPP, PSP, or CPO).

  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks.

  • Fluency in local dialects of major tribes in the region.

  • Experience with automated security systems (CCTV, alarm systems).
