Moniepoint Inc Implementation Officer - Edo Jobs in Nigeria;The Implementation Officer ensures new retail customers successfully adopt Moniebook POS into their daily store operations through structured, high‑touch onboarding experiences. Acting as the customer’s primary guide during the critical early adoption phase, the role drives activation, feature adoption, and seamless handoffs to Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tailored onboarding programs with clear milestones and success metrics.

  • Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and configuration.

  • Deliver engaging live training sessions for retail staff.

  • Monitor adoption metrics and intervene with at‑risk customers.

  • Build trust‑based relationships with stakeholders during onboarding.

  • Provide troubleshooting support and escalate technical issues.

  • Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM/CS platforms.

  • Execute smooth handoffs to Account Managers with full context.

  • Capture and share customer feedback and product insights.

    Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management (preferably SaaS, retail tech, or POS systems).

  • Proven track record of driving product adoption.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

  • Customer‑first mindset with passion for helping people succeed.

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Technical aptitude and comfort with software tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating training materials or documentation.

  • Exposure to SaaS onboarding methodologies and customer success best practices.

  • Candidate must be based in Edo State (Ikpoba Okha,
    Oredo, Etsako West, Ovia North, Uhunmwonde).
