Summary

  • Our client a group of Hospitals is seeking to employ a Molecular Sales specialist.

  • Molecular Sales Specialist calls on hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, hotels and laboratories within the assigned territory.

  • The Molecular Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and closing new business, with a focus on selling molecular PCR tests.

  • This role is expected to achieve the set business goals of the assigned territory,

  • Develops and implements regional and strategic account sales plan to grow the focused product business, while coordinating efforts with reporting Manager.

  • Responsible for sales, sales forecasting, marketing feedback, standard methodologies development, and customer satisfaction relative to sales activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating revenue and achieving success in bringing molecular tests business to the company.

  • The Manager is responsible for obtaining new customers and managing strategic customer relationships in regions and countrywide
    Building Customer Relationships

  • Generating Revenue and Achievement of targets
    Business Development

  • The role will maintain regular contact with all existing and potential customers to ensure customers are aware of the complete range of Molecular testing services and that we are exceeding their expectations for customer experience with Molecular Diagnostic department

  • Conducting doctor awareness program to increase number of molecular test numbers
    Interpersonal relationship management to tackle unpleasant situations.

  • Maintain an appropriate sales funnel in CRM to ensure adequate focus and visibility to the sales forecast

  • Engage
    in up-selling and cross-selling activities within the company’s growing product and service catalog for Molecular testing

  • Develop presentations, assemble quotations and customer proposals

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, including customer profiling, targeting and call schedules, to ensure achievement of all sales objectives

    Key Requirements and Skills

  • B.Tech. / B.Sc. / M.Sc./ Biotechnology, Medical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related Molecular Diagnostic Field

  • 5 years plus working experience in Molecular PCR Test sales

  • Good selling skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Mature and can make strategic decisions
