Mogo Finance Quality Assuarance Analyst (Device Financing) Jobs in Kenya; The Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct routine call audits, provide performance insights, and support training initiatives to improve debt collection processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coach agents to enhance customer interactions and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine call audits and document findings.

  • Create detailed evaluation reports with performance metrics and trends.

  • Provide regular updates to DC Team Leaders and DC Manager.

  • Offer constructive feedback and coaching to agents.

  • Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs.

  • Support development of training materials and facilitate sessions.

  • Develop performance assessments using appropriate indicators.

  • Conduct group training and one‑on‑one coaching.

  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Establish and maintain standards for customer interactions.

    What You Will Need

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Good understanding of debt collection processes.

  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback professionally.
