Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Finance Business Partners embedded across cost centres and operating markets.

Coach, mentor, and develop commercial capability within the team.

Operate as senior Business Partner providing strategic financial counsel to leaders in commercial, operations, and technology.

Run planning and budgeting cycles ensuring submissions are commercially grounded.

Develop performance frameworks (dashboards, KPIs, variance analysis) to drive accountability.

Build business cases for strategic investments, new market initiatives, and product launches.

Translate financial insights into compelling narratives for non‑finance audiences.

Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews to build careers.

Create standardized best practices across markets for consistent quality of partnering.
