Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy institution, hospital, hotel, or restaurant.

  • Experience in preparing meals for large numbers of people.

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles.

  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
