Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy institution, hospital, hotel, or restaurant.

Experience in preparing meals for large numbers of people.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles.

Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
