Tasks & Responsibilities

Application Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the I2A platform (Jira MVP, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint portals, low‑code components).

  • Configure Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions, and access rules.

  • Set up and maintain country‑specific Jira environments, including data migration.

  • Maintain Power BI dashboards and SharePoint portals for accuracy and reliability.

  • Contribute to design/testing of simplified MVP mock‑up if required.

    Support & Maintenance

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users.

  • Liaise with DSI teams for Tier 3 support and integration.

  • Manage collaboration with Atlassian and external providers.

  • Propose and implement process/configuration improvements.

    Product Development & Release Management

  • Collaborate on feature prioritization and development.

  • Support RFCs, bug reports, and user stories.

  • Coordinate UAT scenarios and environments.

  • Support release delivery according to quality criteria.

  • Automate role‑based recommendations reporting for IMS onboarding.

    Training, Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Develop documentation, FAQs, guides, and training materials.

  • Deliver targeted training and weekly Q&A sessions.

  • Contribute to IMS pre‑departure briefings.

  • Build capacity of country focal points.

    Stakeholder Collaboration & Multi‑OD Coordination

  • Act as liaison between I2A Project Team and IT focal points across ODs.

  • Coordinate communication with missions,
    Cells, and HQ departments.

  • Contribute to feasibility and decision notes for transition to BAU solution.

  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

    Languages

  • Essential: Advanced English (written and spoken).

  • Desired: French or Arabic.

    Competencies

    Technical

  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, IAM, integrations, and ITSM.

  • Proficiency in Jira administration, scripting, and REST API.

  • Ability to document business processes and workflows.

  • Understanding of data quality, protection, and privacy principles.

  • Awareness of MSF operational context.

    Behavioral

  • Open‑mindedness, leadership, collaboration, rigor.

  • Ability to work in multicultural environments with inclusivity and non‑discrimination.
