MAL Consultancy Business Development Executive Jobs in Kenya

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Lead end‑to‑end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored client solutions.

Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and presentations to leadership and clients.

Monitor industry developments and emerging trends for growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with performance tracking.

Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Education, Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

3+ years business development experience in recruitment and placement services.

Strong ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities through strategic thinking.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Adept at building relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.

Solid understanding of business dynamics, sales cycles, and consultative selling.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Analytical mindset to assess market trends and performance data.

Self‑motivated and results‑driven with ability to exceed revenue goals.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Good people management skills to lead business development teams.
