Makini Schools Head of Pastoral Care Jobs in Kenya; The Head of Pastoral Care will provide strong leadership in pastoral affairs, supporting student welfare, and promoting a positive school culture and discipline.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in pastoral care within a recognized international school.

    Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology.

  • Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology is an added advantage.

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills.

  • Empathy, teamwork, and ability to foster a supportive environment.
