Makerere University Department of Construction Economics and Management - Assistant Lecturer Jobs in Uganda


Key, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teaching, examining and grading of Undergraduate Students.

  • Supervision of Undergraduate Students.

  • Conducting research and community outreach activities.

  • Writing proposals for attracting funding to the Department

  • And any other official duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

    Required Qualifications

  • Assistant Lecturer (2) (Valuation Surveying)

    Qualifications:

  • Master in either Land Economics or Land Management or Valuation Surveying or Real Estates.

  • Minimum of an Upper Second class degree in either Valuation Surveying or Land Economics or Land Management or Real Estates.

  • Assistant Lecturer (2) (Quantity Surveying)

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in either Construction Management or Construction Economics or Construction Law or Quantity Surveying.

  • Minimum of an Upper Second class Bachelor’s degree in either Quantity Surveying or Building Economics or Construction Economics.

    Age Limit Applicants should not exceed 40 years of age on the date indicated as the deadline for submission of applications.
